The documentary gets the cognitive thinking clicking and was annotated on the lower script line with 2009 information.

As we dig deeper into the County's CAFR we are finding more and more curiosities to investigate. At present we've only scratched the surface but this video has two serious charges that went to the DA who was in attendance. We are still waiting for more open records requests to be completed by both the Finance and Legal Departments but they are stonewalling on some of them and trying to scare us off with cost for others. We be not deterred and this is exactly what should be happening in every City, County, School Board and any other entity within government that submits its own CAFR. Be ever vigilant and we can turn this thing around, one locale at a time.
