This is ALL MY OPINION.... For those desiring more information: https://movingwaldenlakeforward.com ............. How many educated legal minds live in this community?... How about everyone ban together and take back what should have been yours to begin with. Create a Walden Lake TRUST and file for land patent allodial title of the land or put in Trust away from developers and the city/county/state? Apply for a grant funding? Any contaminated areas seek legal recourse and get the areas cleaned up! Get off the Fluoridated water the city is putting in the city wells that go into these communities. If there is any damages like what happened in Flint, MI seek legal recourse and make the city rectify the damages from the fluoride. Has anyone researched WHO the Developers are? What are their ties and to who? Is anyone looking into this and doing the research ...OR... are you allowing someone(s) to control your community. Have you see how large your community really is? This is a lot of voices that can make a lot of change for the better without a dictatorship. again, all my opinion.
WOW... You who purchase Golf Course Views... buh, bye! WOW... has anyone done a traffic study how this will increase in the area? Has anyone consider IF this will DE-value their properties? Has an environmental study been done? Are their endangered species in this area? Where is all the poop going to go?... This is HUGE!!! How much stress is already on the land and the plan is to add MORE housing? AGAIN... Where is all the poop going to go. The TRAFFIC impact!!! From a developers perspective I see $$$ signs but WHO is absorbing the money to make the adjustments to the community and how it is going to impact Plant City? Schooling? Daycare? Law Enforcement? Emergency Rescue? ...Where is the money coming from... WHAT increase your property taxes!!! ...THE.WATER... it is going to take to supply the area, where is the study on this? ...and Again, Where is all the poop going to go? How will this impact the Wildlife? Manicured lawns that will require PESTICIDES! What goes down also goes up and all around. The chemicals used in the homes! The prescription drugs that will go down the toilets/drains/etc.! SERIOUSLY!!! ??? !!! .............Again, ALL my opinion! ............. .............
